HMC @ Helmholtz Open Science Forum

08.12.2021

With the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI), the German federal and state governments are pursuing the goal of systematically making research data resources accessible to the German science system in accordance with FAIR principles. The NFDI will be established as a network of consortia over a period of three years starting in 2019 in three successive funding phases.

To promote dialogue on the NFDI at Helmholtz, the Helmholtz Open Science Office will host a second Helmholtz Digital Open Science Forum under the theme "Helmholtz in the National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI)" on December 08, 2021, from 10 am to 3 pm. This event will also address the role of the Helmholtz Metadata Collaboration (HMC) in this process.

The event is the second in a series of Helmholtz Open Science Forums on the topic of National Research Data Infrastructure (NFDI). It is open to all employees of the Helmholtz Association.
